Introduction
The club was founded in the year 2017, with foundation day being 2nd October 2017. Initializing with only six members in 2017, the club has grown to more than 150 members, despite being a closed group. Although the number of active members hovers around 40-50.
DOC GUWAHATI is strictly a touring club with focus on community development and constructive recreation and does not endorse any stunt or unlawful behaviours on the roads. We are a promoter of Safe Riding. We do not endorse or allow rash riding that can put lives at risk.

Rules and Regulations
1. All members (Riders and Non-Riders) must fill the form and register in the website.
2. All members must follow the rules and regulations laid under the Indian Motor Vehicle Act.
3. All types of contraband is strictly prohibited. Member will be immediately removed.
4. Full Faced Helmet, Boots, Riding Gears for those who possess, else minimal Gears mandatory for all riders and pillion. Full face Helmets are a must have.
5. DOC GUWAHATI is proud of its members and its endeavours. Please respect the Team and Hail the brotherhood. You wear your Tshirt and badge proudly.
6. Minimum Age of Joining the club is 18 Years, However those below 18 can join in the presence of their legal gurdians as pillions.
7. No Religious/Political or Vulgar Messages will be allowed/tolerated in the group.
8. Giving fake identity will directly lead to termination from the group. Please provide true, accurate and present information about yourself.
9. Members are appealed to join the monthly events and local meetups which will be informed prior to the event in the group via official communication channels.
10. In case of any discrepancies or disagreements between parties, the matter must be revealed to the admin members instead of fighting over it.
11. Any legal disputes will be held under the jurisdiction of Guwahati High Court.
12. DOC GUWAHATI tries to provide accurate product and pricing information regarding its projects, and that typo errors and pricing error may occur. In event of such an incident, the actual expense will be collected and if less than that the rider has paid, will be refunded.
13. Any amount paid to DOC account against any project will not be refunded after the project is initiated and that the member has to take the final product of project, he is involved in.
Regulations During Rides
There are set of rules which need to be followed during Rides.
1. The health of the bike must be properly checked specially battery, clutch cable, accelerator cable, chain, engine oil, coolant, brake oil, ABS before joining a ride. Because once you are stuck somewhere, the entire ride is halted with you.
2. Make sure you fuel up as well as check your tyre pressure the day before the ride. This saves a lot of time in group rides.
3. Never cross the Lead of the Convoy, until utmost important. Honking and switching upper dipper may help instead of overtaking. The Tail of the Convoy must always be a pair of 2.
4. Do Not Tailgate. Instead move in zig zag formation. This doesn’t block the vision of the riders.
5. Have proper sleep the night before to avoid getting drowsy during the rides.
6. Longer Rides require proper pitstops. and too many stops will fail reaching the location and return back will be late.
7. Avoid separation during Night Rides.
Promotion to Core Members
Core Members are the heart of the club who keeps the spirit and existence of the club alive. Core members are selected by other core members on proposal and recommendation of other core members.
Eligibility to be core members of DOC Guwahati:-
* Minimum Three Rides to be done with DOC Guwahati.
* Minimum One Over Night Ride to be completed.
* Membership fees of Rs.500/- (Wilful contribution) for development of the club and purchase of club accessories.
Fees structure
* It's mandatory to fill up the form for all riders, non riders, bajaj officials, vendors etc.
* Dominar owners club Guwahati is a non profit organization. But all club requires funds to meet it's needs to function optimally.
* With Effect from January 2023, It has been decided to collect a one-time registration fees of Rs. 299/- for every new member joining the family.
* Once the members joins in and attends required rides and feels comfortable with the family, may be promoted to a CORE member on the discretion of other core members. Once a core member, Half Yearly Subscription of Rs500/- (will full) shall be appealed from the members in the CORE group.
